Who is Noode?

Zara launched Noode in 2023. Why? As a Personal Trainer and Mum of two, she knows the benefits of a good Pre-Workout on a busy girl's life - and booty. 🍑✨

Problem was - she struggled to find a pre-workout that didn’t give her the jitters from all that caffeine, chemicals, synthetic ingredients, refined sugars and hidden nasties. Yuk! 

So, this motivated mumma set out to create her own, and NOODE was born:
